Notice that two of these stamps have no value printed on them. The top one is what they call a forever stamp.
I just spent about a half hour on line the other day trying to find the value of the stamps that I have which were bought a long time ago. I see no reason why they couldn't have put 39 cents on the stamp, which is what I finally found to be the value of the stamps.
I put in postage stamps on Google but I had no luck finding the value of my stamps. Finally I just put in 37, 38, 39, etc., until I finally hit it when I put in 39 cents and there was a picture of my stamps.
From now on I will buy the Forever stamps because they will be good forever. I use very few stamps but when I need one I would like to know how much it is worth.
I would like to tell the Post Office that they need to let people know what a stamp is worth so we know how much to add to it after a price raise!
However, the new Forever stamps will help solve that problem if people will just use them.
